Tribes ask Michigan Supreme Court to review Enbridge Line 5 tunnel approval

Four Michigan tribes and the water advocacy group For Love of Water are asking the Michigan Supreme Court to review a state decision allowing Enbridge Energy to build a tunnel for its Line 5 pipeline under the Straits of Mackinac. They argue the Public Service Commission failed to uphold constitutional and environmental protections.
