Dear Tiger Lily Reader:

I know a lot of people plan on attending the Four Bears powwow in New Town, N.D. this weekend. So, all the folks traveling to Fort Berthold, please travel safe! It sounds like it’s going to be great event. Vonnie Alberts, one of the organizers, told me today that 22 vendors are registered.
